Arqueolombia is the first documentary series on archaeology, heritage, and history produced in Colombia. It is an audiovisual journey, narrated in each episode through the eyes of the country's most renowned experts on the most interesting archaeological sites in Colombian history. It is a descriptive, explanatory, and informative series about these fascinating sites, where historical and cultural elements reside. These elements allow us to interpret how the country's ancient inhabitants lived and interacted, based on physical remains such as utensils, paintings, bones, and buildings found throughout Colombia's vast and complex geography. Arqueolombia creates content that sparks viewers' interest in learning about our history, culturally appropriating our heritage, and generating an interest in researching ancestral life in Colombia.
