On October 23, 2024, the gala premiere (red carpet, lights, torches) of the documentary film Hell or Paradise was held in Tercer Milenio Park (formerly Cartucho Park), in which the special guests were homeless people, recovering addicts who benefited from CAMADS programs, programs from the Secretariat of Social Integration, and Idipron graduates.

Prior to the film's premiere, an awareness campaign was held in Bogotá with images, workshops, and videos focusing on homelessness.
